As Chief Communications and Marketing Officer, Susie leads the Company’s ‎communications development, strategies, and outreach efforts, industry ‎and market development, and government relations, with the goal to build the Company’s reputation as the leader in advanced technology solutions.‎ Susie joined the Company in 2022. 

Susie has extensive experience in top-level communications, public relations and marketing, ‎having led national and global campaigns for many and diverse Fortune 1,000 and start-up ‎companies, international and national government agencies, and non-profits. At the West Coast ‎and Dallas offices of Hill & Knowlton Strategies, Susie served as account supervisor before ‎moving to the United States headquarters of a national advertising and public relations ‎company, the Bloom Agency, which later merged with Paris-based Publicis, the world’s ‎largest global advertising and communications agency. There she served in several senior leadership ‎positions in both the New York and Dallas headquarter offices before her appointment to ‎President and CEO of Publicis Public Relations, growing that company to rank among the top ‎‎50 United States marketing communications firms.‎

In 1990, Susie received international recognition from Queen Elizabeth of England for strategic development ‎and execution of an international marketing and communications campaign on behalf of New Zealand, a British ‎Commonwealth country. During the past eight years, Susie developed and led multiple ‎communications initiatives for Tri Global Energy, including ongoing and ‎proactive government relations strategies. This resulted in significant recognition for the company and its executives from key corporate industry players, national and international media, the White House, and other political leadership in Washington, D.C., ‎Austin and Dallas.‎‎

Susie attended Arizona State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business and ‎Broadcast Journalism in 1980.  In 1982, Susie received from the University of Southern California, a ‎Master of Arts in Public Relations and Communications.
