As Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at JBB Advanced Technologies, Don brings more than 30 years of business and entrepreneurial experience, including ten years in the financial services industry (securities, insurance and private wealth management.)  Don held financial advisory positions with LPL Financial, Citi-Smith Barney and Edward Jones and investment banking at Allegiance Capital Corp.

Don’s focus at JBB Advanced Technologies is building the strategic infrastructure for capital raising, concentrating on the company’s unique business strategies.  He is a veteran of development of renewable companies as he also served at Tri Global Energy in similar capacities, helping to build value and understanding for the renewable energy company from inception in 2013 to 2022.  During this time, the company grew rapidly to become the largest renewable energy developers in Texas and the third largest on-shore wind developer in the U.S. Served as primary point-of-contact for 3,000+ investors for nine years, including finalizing all contract details and updating contracts as projects changed, regular corporate progress updates, overseeing quarterly payments and troubleshooting any concerns, maintaining all appropriate records.  Don also helped with recruiting new investors as the company expanded into new markets out of state, creating new contracts and finalizing all details to grow the investor base. 

For JBB Advanced Technologies, Don has helped spearhead the initial fundraising campaign for the company and continues to build the financial base that strengthens the Company’s growth.  He communicates to both equity and project investors, keeping them informed not only about the Company but also the renewable and blockchain industry in general.  Education: University of Texas at Arlington, Bachelor of Business Administration.
