Judd focuses on analyzing new acquisition opportunities, executing transactions, and working with existing portfolio companies to analyze and optimize financial results.

Judd has held a variety of positions focused on equity and debt raises, mergers/ acquisitions and investments, primarily in the energy and energy infrastructure industries. Prior to joining JBB, Judd served as a Managing Director of a regional, Dallas-based investment bank where he focused on energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Prior to that he was a Portfolio Manager and Energy Market Strategist at an energy infrastructure focused equity investment firm. Earlier in his career, Judd held positions in Equity Research in the Upstream Oil and Gas and Energy Midstream Infrastructure sectors at NXG Investment Management.

Judd got his start in the energy and environmental emissions control industries at Koch Industries (John Zink Hamworthy) where he worked a Project Manager. Later, at Utility Engineering Corp. (now part of Zachry Construction), he was a Mechanical Project Engineer in the Power Design Group, designing systems for Combined-Cycle Natural Gas-fired power plants and supporting on-site construction of power plants for Calpine Corp.

EDUCATION: Judd received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
